Meet The Founder
Kourtney Williams founded Third House Marketing LLC after building a career at the intersection of journalism, government communications, and brand storytelling. She began her career in television news, spending more than five years as a reporter, where she developed a sharp eye for what captures attention, moves people, and drives action.
She later transitioned into public service, serving as Deputy Press Secretary for the Mayor of New Orleans, where she led media strategy, messaging, and digital communications for one of the most visible city halls in the country. During her time in government, she helped grow the Mayor’s social media presence to thousands of followers while managing high-stakes communications around infrastructure, tourism, and citywide initiatives.
Today, through Third House Marketing LLC, Kourtney helps businesses, creators, and hospitality brands turn storytelling into growth building campaigns that blend culture, community, and conversion. With a Master’s degree in Marketing and Communications from Loyola University New Orleans and a background rooted in both media and strategy, she brings a rare mix of creativity, credibility, and results-driven thinking to every partnership.
